What should I auto-book this week?
KYN AI

Your staples line up to 4 classes that fit your calendar. Want me to prep them for Saturday's window?

Ask anything

The problem

Booking should not take over your weekend.

For high-demand Sweat and Tonic classes, Saturday at 5 PM can become a routine of open tabs, fast clicks, backup plans, and stress. Members often book more than they need because they are unsure what they will get into — then cancel the classes that do not fit later.

KYN AI was built to remove that weekly friction.

01Opening multiple tabs to chase classes the moment booking opens.
02Booking backups because the real plan is uncertain.
03Selecting spots and confirming each class one by one.
04Repeating the same decisions every single week.
05Canceling classes later when the schedule becomes clearer.

Trust

KYN AI starts with who you already are.

Instead of asking you to build a profile from scratch, KYN AI reads your Sweat and Tonic history and reveals your real member patterns: the classes you repeat, the instructors you return to, the studios you favor, the spots you choose, and the times that fit your life.

Convenience

From five steps to one review.

The usual booking flow asks you to search, book, pick a spot, confirm, and repeat. KYN AI does the preference work up front, so booking can feel closer to one click.

Review your week once. KYN AI handles the repetitive booking work.

One-click booking

KYN AI already understands your preferred class patterns and spots, so supported bookings can happen with far fewer steps.

Auto-booking plan

Review the classes KYN AI prepares for your week and approve the plan before the booking window.

Calendar-aware scheduling

Connect your calendar so KYN AI can avoid times that no longer work.

Spot-aware fallback

If your preferred spot is unavailable, KYN AI books the nearest open spot to it — beside your usual one whenever possible, never a random pick across the room.

Waitlist-aware

If a class is full, KYN AI checks how that class's waitlists actually move. When yours usually clears, you're placed on it and booked the moment a spot opens. When it usually doesn't, KYN AI tells you honestly and points you to open classes that fit your schedule instead.

Weekly repeat

Once your staples are set, KYN AI can prepare your week again and again with less manual effort.

Value

Book what you actually intend to attend.

KYN AI helps members reduce speculative booking. When your preferences, calendar, staples, and availability are considered before booking, your weekly plan becomes more realistic.

Before KYN AI

Saturday, 5:00 PM

  • Ten tabs open, racing the clock.
  • Frantic booking before classes fill.
  • Overbooking, then cancellations later.
After KYN AI

One calm review

  • Review your staples once.
  • Approve the week KYN AI prepares.
  • Auto-booking handles the Saturday window.

For members

  • Less Saturday booking stress
  • Less manual searching
  • Fewer repeated booking steps
  • Better use of preferred spots and instructors
  • More confidence in the classes you approve
  • Easier edits when your schedule changes

For Sweat and Tonic

  • Cleaner booking intent
  • Less overbooking behavior
  • Fewer unnecessary cancellations
  • Better demand signal for popular classes
  • Less wasted class inventory from speculative booking

The wow factor

The first moment is recognition.

KYN AI's first hook is not a questionnaire. It is recognition. The app shows you what your Sweat and Tonic history already says about you, then turns that understanding into a simpler booking experience.

The companion app

Now KYN AI can come with you into ChatGPT.

The KYN AI ChatGPT App gives members a simple way to ask natural questions about their classes, schedule, booking options, membership access, and weekly plan. It is a companion to the KYN app, not a replacement for it.

What classes am I booked for this week? Find Ride classes tomorrow after 5 PM. What are my membership or credit options? Find classes that match my usual routine. What should I auto-book this week? Show me available spots for this class. Help me reschedule this class.

Without signing in, the ChatGPT App can explain what KYN AI does. It cannot access Sweat and Tonic member data until you connect your KYN AI member account.

Questions

Good to know.

KYN AI is designed for Sweat and Tonic members. Some information is public, but member-specific planning, history, calendar, booking, and membership features require sign-in.
KYN AI can prepare an auto-booking plan based on your staples, preferences, calendar, and availability. You review the plan before it is used for supported booking workflows. Auto-booking pays for each class through your Sweat and Tonic membership; classes that are only payable with a credit pack aren't booked automatically yet — reply to any KYN email and our team will help arrange those by hand.
Yes. "We can book your week for you" comes from the KYN team at Sweat and Tonic (support@kynapp.ca). If you reply YES, our team sets up auto-booking for you and emails you the week we've lined up, matched to your usual routine — nothing is booked until you reply to confirm. When you do confirm, we book exactly the week we showed you (classes whose booking window is already open are booked right away) and email you a confirmation. Do nothing and nothing books, so you're always in control. Prefer to do it yourself? You can set up auto-booking anytime from the app, and members who already chose an auto-booking mode won't get this email.
Only if you want the final say each week. Choose Set & Forget and KYN AI prepares and books your week automatically, every week, until you pause it or switch modes: no weekly confirmation needed, and you can still adjust any week before it books. Prefer to review first? Choose Activate manually every week — KYN AI prepares your plan each week and nothing is booked until you review and confirm it, so you can toggle any class on or off, add a session, keep a plan for later, or skip the week entirely. There's also Pause if you want a break. One promise either way: auto-booking only ever runs in a mode you chose yourself — nothing is booked without your consent. To change your mode, tap the auto-booking card on your Home screen, then on the "Classes lined up for auto-booking" screen tap the round gold calendar icon at the top right, pick Set & Forget or Manual, and save. If your card currently says "Booking your classes now", tapping it only refreshes it — email support@kynapp.ca and we'll switch your mode for you.
That email was from us — and we've since undone that change. In late August we briefly made Set & Forget the standard mode for Unlimited members who had never picked a mode themselves. That was a mistake on our side: booking should only ever happen with your consent. On August 30 we switched everyone we had moved back to weekly confirmation (Activate manually every week in the app), and Set & Forget is now something you turn on yourself — it is never applied for you. If classes were booked for you during that period, you'll also have received an email from us titled "We're sorry — we booked classes you didn't ask for": reply KEEP to keep them, CANCEL ALL to have us cancel every one fee-free, or name the ones to drop. If you haven't replied, you'll also have had a short reminder from us asking you to choose Set & Forget or Weekly. If we hadn't heard from you by then, on Friday September 4 we cancelled the classes we had booked for you between August 23 and 30 — only where no late-cancellation fee applied — and emailed you the list of exactly what we cancelled. Nothing else changed: anything you booked yourself is untouched, you can rebook any of those classes in the app, and a reply from you at any time still wins. If you'd chosen your mode yourself, nothing ever changed for you, and if you have questions, write to support@kynapp.ca.
Yes. In Set & Forget mode you can pause auto-booking for 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks. Pausing only stops future bookings — any classes you're already booked into are kept. Auto-booking resumes on its own when your pause ends, and you can unpause anytime with one tap. (In manual mode there's nothing to pause — a week you don't confirm is never booked.)
You're always in control. In manual mode, a plan you haven't confirmed is never booked — when you skip, KYN AI asks whether to keep the prepared plan for later or discard it, and you can start fresh next week. In Set & Forget mode, you can drop or swap any class before your booking day, or pause auto-booking entirely for a few weeks. Confirmed bookings are protected and won't be discarded by mistake. And a cancellation is always yours: if you cancel a booked class — in the KYN app or the Sweat and Tonic app — it stays cancelled for that week, and auto-booking will never re-book it behind your back. Change your mind? Just book it again; your own booking always wins. It works the other way too: KYN AI never cancels a class you booked yourself in the Sweat and Tonic app. For now that also means a class you booked directly in the Sweat and Tonic app can't be cancelled or changed from inside KYN — if one shows in your KYN schedule, cancel or reschedule it in the Sweat and Tonic app.
Open the Schedule tab and tap the auto-booking pill: you'll see the "Week of …" list of classes lined up to be booked. Tap anywhere on a class in that list to open its actions — change your spot, view the class details, or Remove from auto-booking queue. Removing gives you a few seconds to undo; after that the class is dropped for that week and won't be booked, and no backup goes in behind it. You don't have to clear the whole list — remove just the ones you don't want and keep your must-have times. Once that week's booking window has opened the list is locked, and from then on you cancel or change classes from your schedule like any other booking. Have too many classes in your plan to trim one by one? Email support@kynapp.ca with the ones you want to keep and the team will set it for you.
Your membership tier has a weekly booking-window day. Once your plan is confirmed, KYN AI books your classes automatically the moment that day's 5:00 PM booking window opens. On Saturdays the run is primed and waiting before 5:00 PM and places its first bookings within the first second after the window opens — never before it — then works through everyone's plans, so most members are confirmed within a few minutes. If you open the app right at 5:00 you may catch it still in progress, so give it until about 5:10 PM before double-checking. And you never miss out on timing: the moment you confirm your plan, any class whose booking window is already open is booked right away — no waiting for a scheduled run. Classes whose window hasn't opened yet are booked automatically as soon as it opens. When your full week is booked, KYN AI sends you one confirmation notification — so you know it's done without having to double-check. That notification only counts classes KYN AI booked for you: a class you booked yourself in the Sweat and Tonic app is recognised as yours and is never announced as a KYN booking. One heads-up when you first activate: your first auto-booked week is the week after you set up — so if a booking window is already open (or opens the day you sign up), book that week yourself one last time, and KYN AI takes over from the next window on.
KYN AI analyzes your Sweat and Tonic history, including repeated classes, instructors, spots, locations, times, and booking behavior. It also leans on what you book most to suggest classes you'll love. Recommendations stay within the times and locations you prefer — so you won't be nudged toward an early-morning class across town that isn't your style — and your regular classes are planned around the times you actually show up. You can review and adjust what it finds. One thing to know: marking your typical weekly times just tells KYN AI when you usually train — saving your times never books anything, and it never blocks your own classes either. If a class you've chosen falls at a time you marked busy, it stays in your plan — your choice always wins, and you can drop it during review. Classes are only booked after you review and confirm your week.
Yes. KYN AI saves a preferred spot for each studio you visit — a bike in Ride, a station in HIIT, and now a lane at the Tonic Spa pool deck. Pick Lane 1 or Lane 2 once and your lane-swim bookings aim for that lane automatically. For any booked class, you can also change your spot from the class's details, and the review screen shows your pick by name. If your preferred spot is taken, KYN AI books you into the nearest open spot to it — first a spot right beside your usual one, then the closest open spot in your preferred zone, then the closest spot anywhere in the room — never a random far-away pick.
KYN AI doesn't just dump you on a waitlist and hope. It looks at how waitlists for that kind of class actually move week to week. If yours usually clears, you're placed on the waitlist and booked automatically the moment a spot opens — and told where you stand. If it usually doesn't clear (some classes, like lane swims, rarely do), KYN AI says so honestly and shows you a few open classes that fit your schedule, so you can lock in a spot instead of waiting on a long shot. Either way your waitlist is kept — if a spot opens, you're booked.
Some classes fill within seconds of the Saturday 5:00 PM window opening. If one of your planned classes is at risk of filling, the KYN team at Sweat and Tonic (support@kynapp.ca) may email you in the morning before your booking window opens — typically Friday — with one suggested backup that fits your routine; reply YES to approve it. Your reply changes nothing else on your plan. If your first choice ends up waitlisted, KYN AI books your approved backup for you. If you don't reply, nothing extra is booked — a backup only ever goes in with your explicit YES. And a backup is never booked for a class you've declined in the app: take a class off your plan and nothing goes in behind it, whatever you replied earlier. You can change either booking any time in the app.
Your weekly plan always tells you the truth. If a class couldn't be booked, it's marked "not scheduled" in your plan — it never quietly sits there looking booked — so a quick glance at your week after your booking day shows exactly what's locked in. The auto-booking card on your home screen is just as literal: from the moment a week is lined up until its 5:00 PM booking window has run it says "Booking your classes now" — that can be most of the week, tapping it only refreshes it, and nothing is wrong or needs doing — and once the run has finished it tells you exactly what happened — how many sessions were booked, how many are waitlisted, or that it couldn't book your classes — so a count of zero mid-run is never mistaken for a result. And if you've already booked a class yourself, KYN AI recognizes your existing reservation (including your spot) instead of treating it as unavailable.
Force-close the KYN app and reopen it — that clears a stalled load. On the latest version of the app, a Schedule or Book-a-class page that can't finish loading (for example after your phone switches from Wi-Fi to cellular mid-load) no longer sits on placeholders: within about 40 seconds it shows a "Sorry, something went wrong" screen with a Try Again button, and Try Again reloads the page. A loading problem never touches your bookings — everything you've booked is still held at Sweat and Tonic and will be there once the page loads. If it keeps happening, email support@kynapp.ca with your phone model and roughly when it happened, and we'll look into it.
Sweat and Tonic's cancellation policy has a window, and cancelling or rescheduling inside it means a late-cancel fee. KYN AI will not let that happen by surprise: on the current app version, a cancel or swap inside that window shows you a fee warning first and only goes through once you confirm it. Outside the window nothing changes and your cancel goes through as usual. If you are unsure, cancel from the class details rather than by chat, and update to the latest version of the KYN app so the warning is there when you need it. One exception: a class you booked yourself in the Sweat and Tonic app can only be cancelled or changed there — KYN AI never touches a booking that isn't its own, so in the KYN app those show a "cancel class failed" message instead.
Yes. Search understands what you mean, not just exact class names. Type something like "weight training," "low intensity," "build strength," or "something to destress," and KYN AI maps it to the right classes — handling synonyms, intensity, and common misspellings. Search takes you straight to the first day with matching classes, and days with classes you can actually book are marked with a gold dot in the date strip so you can see your options across the week at a glance. If nothing fits, it tells you clearly instead of dumping the whole schedule. Results only ever show classes you can still book — and if you ask about a day that's already passed, KYN AI says so instead of listing classes you can't take.
Yes. In the app, go to Profile → Settings, where you'll find the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and a Withdraw consent option. Withdrawing consent stops KYN's AI personalization and requests deletion of your KYN profile data, processed within 30 days. Your Sweat and Tonic membership isn't affected.
Yes. For classes booked through the app, KYN AI sends a push notification about 15 minutes before your class starts — and when you arrive, you can check in right from your Home screen. Reminders currently cover classes booked in the app.
After you connect your KYN AI member account, the ChatGPT App can help with supported booking and class-management flows. Important actions should be reviewed before confirmation.
Yes. Once your member account is connected, you can ask KYN AI in ChatGPT which auto-booking mode you are on, switch between Set & Forget and Activate manually every week, and pause or resume auto-booking. It is the same setting the KYN app uses, so the two always agree.
Yes, for general information about KYN AI. No personal Sweat and Tonic member data is available until you sign in.
No. The ChatGPT App is a companion. The KYN app remains the home base for the full member experience.
